Charcoal Grilled Corn
Ingredients
12 ears of unpeeled corn | ||
Hot charcoal | ||
Melted butter | ||
kosher and fresh cracked black pepper |
This is an easy tip for charcoal grilling corn.
Directions:
- Add the corn to a hot charcoal grill and cover.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then turn the corn and cook for another 15 minutes.
- The leaves and silk will peel easily away and the corn will be perfectly tender.
- Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
