Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz) cans of pineapple chunks, chopped
  • 1 small sweet onion, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small orange pepper, chopped
  • 1 small bunch cilantro, finely chopped with stems
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  • Serve over tacos, meats or as a dipping sauce.
