Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
2 (20 oz) cans of pineapple chunks, chopped | ||
1 small sweet onion, diced | ||
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced | ||
1/2 small bell pepper, chopped | ||
1/2 small orange pepper, chopped | ||
1 small bunch cilantro, finely chopped with stems | ||
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped | ||
1/3 cup fresh lime juice | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Serve over tacos, meats or as a dipping sauce.
