Soy Honey Glaze
Ingredients
| 4 tbs soy sauce | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| 1 tsp garlic powder | ||
| 2 cups honey |
This is a glaze that can be applied to grilled/smoked meats during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. Not only does it give your meats an attractive glossy appearance, it also has a wonderful taste.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Using a basting brush, baste the meats during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
