Tangy Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk | ||
1 cup cottage cheese | ||
3 tbs white vinegar | ||
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
2 tbs fresh chives |
- Combine buttermilk, cottage cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chives in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Chill and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
