Asian Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
6 tuna steaks ( 2 lbs) | ||
1/4 cup butter | ||
1 tbs dry sherry | ||
1 tbs soy sauce | ||
1 tbs fresh ginger, grated | ||
Kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste |
- Mix butter, sherry, soy sauce and ginger.
- Brush the fish with half of the butter mixture,
- Broil the fish for about 7-9, then turn over and brush with the
remaining butter mixture and broil for another 5-8 minutes or
until the fish flakes easily with a fork. - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
