Ingredients

  • 6 (4 oz) swordfish steaks 3/4-1 inch thick
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs white wine
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • Marinate fish for 4 hours in 2 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs white wine, 1 tbs soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic. 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp grated lemon rind and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  • After marinating bake in a 450 oven for 15 minutes.
