Baked Swordfish Steaks
Ingredients
6 (4 oz) swordfish steaks 3/4-1 inch thick | ||
2 tbs lemon juice | ||
1 tbs white wine | ||
2 tbs lemon juice | ||
1 tbs soy sauce | ||
3 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated | ||
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
1 tsp grated lemon rind |
- Marinate fish for 4 hours in 2 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs white wine, 1 tbs soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic. 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp grated lemon rind and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- After marinating bake in a 450 oven for 15 minutes.
