Beer Butter Basting Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted | ||
1 1/2 cups of your favorite beer | ||
2/3 cup brown sugar | ||
2 tsp liquid smoke |
This is super simple sauce that can be used for basting meats over hot coals. Use to baste during the last minutes of cooking.
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Add the beer and brown sugar and blend, then add the liquid smoke.
- Grill meats or seafood over hot coals and baste with sauce.
