Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
2 oil packed anchovy fillets, chopped | ||
1 garlic cloves, minced or pressed | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/2 cup sour cream | ||
1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed | ||
2 tbs parsley leaves | ||
2 tbs tarragon leaves | ||
2 tbs lemon juice | ||
4 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Blend anchovies, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, parsley, tarragon, 1 tbs lemon juice, and 4 1/2 tsp oil in a blender until smooth.
- Refrigerate covered for several hours before using.
