Ingredients

  • 2 oil packed anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 tbs parsley leaves
  • 2 tbs tarragon leaves
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Blend anchovies, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, parsley, tarragon, 1 tbs lemon juice, and 4 1/2 tsp oil in a blender until smooth.
  • Refrigerate covered for several hours before using.
