Ham and Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Bisquick | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sour cream, cheese and ham.
- Stir together to form a soft dough.
- Turn dough out onto lightly floured work surface and pat int a 3/4 inch thick layer.
- Cut out biscuits with cutter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
