Horseradish Dip
Ingredients
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed | ||
8 oz cream cheese, softened | ||
1 cup sour cream | ||
8 drops Tabasco sauce | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
2 tbs prepared horseradish | ||
1 tbs parsley, minced, optional |
- Thoroughly blend the garlic, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add the Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, horseradish and parsley.
- Place in a glass or earthenware bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
