Hot Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
1/2 lb baby shrimp, minced | ||
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbs chives | ||
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Soften the cream cheese and combine with the mustard, mayonnaise and wine. Mix well.
- Mince the shrimp, then add to the mayonnaise mixture, along with the chives, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat slowly in a double broiler or microwave.
- You may also serve the dip cold if desired.
