King Crab and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
4 ciabatta sandwich rolls | ||
2 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
4 slices Havarti cheese | ||
1 cup spinach leaves | ||
8 slices ripe tomato | ||
1 lb king crab meat | ||
2 avocados, sliced | ||
8 strips cooked bacon |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Warm rolls in oven for 10 minutes.
- Split rolls in half and spread with Dijon mustard.
- Lay the crab and remaining ingredients on the rolls, starting with the Havarti and ending with bacon and topping with the other bread half.
