Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened | ||
3/4 cup honey | ||
1 (16 oz) jar chunky peanut butter | ||
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping | ||
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust | ||
2 tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips | ||
1/2 tsp shortening |
- Beat together the cream cheese and honey until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, then spoon the mixture into the crust.
- Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat until melted, then drizzle over the pie.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
