Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tbs ketchup
  • 2 tbs molasses
  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Marinate meats for several hours refrigerated, then cook as desired
