Red Wine Marinade
Ingredients
kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1/2 cup oil | ||
1/2 cup dry red wine | ||
2 tbs ketchup | ||
2 tbs molasses |
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate meats for several hours refrigerated, then cook as desired
