Spicy Brown Sugar and Rum Glaze
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup ketchup | ||
| 5 tbs brown sugar | ||
| 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced | ||
| 2 tbs dark rum | ||
| 2 tbs lime juice |
This glaze is perfect for meat loaf, chicken or pork.
- Place all ingredients for the glaze in a large bowl and mix well.
- Use a brush to apply glaze over desired meats.
