Spicy Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup ketchup | ||
| 1 tbs prepared horseradish | ||
| 1 tbs fresh lemon juice, plus extra if desired | ||
| kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
| 1-3 tsp red pepper flakes, more if you want extra hot |
- Place the ketchup and horseradish and pepper flakes into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper and stir to combine, then add extra lemon juice.
- Recipe may be multiplied.
