- 1 lb ripe tomatoes, finely choped
- 2/3 cup red onions, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley,minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs senora peppers, seeded and miinced
- Combine tomatoes, red onions, parsley, and chilies in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper , and mix well to combine.
