Most people love deviled eggs. Many of you when making deviled eggs over cook the eggs when you get the gray sulfuring around the yolk. You know who you are. First we are going to teach you how to cook the perfect hard boiled egg and then we are going to make some suggestions the help you to make ordinary into extraordinary.

It is very easy to make a perfect hard boiled.. First bring water to a boil add the eggs then turn off the heat and cover for 12 minutes. If you are cooking a lot of eggs 12 or more in one pot increase you cooking time accordingly and let eggs simmer for 5 minutes before turning off the heat. The 12 minute cooking time is based on 4 large eggs. Remove the eggs from the water and cool them under cold running water. Make sure they are cooled completely because they will keep cooking inside the shell.

Deviled Eggs:

  • Cut eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
  • Reserve the whites.
  • Place the yolks in a medium bowl and mix in your desired ingredients.
