Cheese Honey and Rum Spread
Ingredients
| 1/4 lb of whole ricotta cheese | ||
| 1 tbs honey | ||
| Juice of 2 small oranges | ||
| 1 tsp rum |
This dessert is and Italian specialty that combines silky ricotta with honey. It is great for a buffet or pass around appetizer.
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and work them together until well combined.
- Serve along side crusty bread or crackers.
