Grilled Ham and Cheese Quesadillas
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fontina cheese, grated
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 thin slice of cooked ham or Procuitto, cut to fit the tortilla
This is a super simple delicious appetizer. Grilling over charcoal makes them extra special. Feel free to experiment with the is recipe using different types of ham and cheese.
- Spread 1 tortilla with mustard, then evenly place all other ingredients on 1 tortilla.
- Top with the other tortilla and grill over hot charcoal for about 4 minutes, turning once during cooking.
