Turkey Breakfast Patties

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground sage or minced fresh (we like fresh)
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 green onion for garnish


  • Mix turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, sage, cloves and onion.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • Form into 8 patties.
  • In a large saute pan heat oil over medium heat.
  • Fry patties slowly until browned on both sides.
