Special Rum Punch
Ingredients
| 2 ripe peaches, pitted and roughly chopped | ||
| 2 part rum | ||
| 4 strawberries cubed | ||
| 1/4 cup crushed pineapple | ||
| 4 oz cloudy apple juice | ||
| 1 tbs superfine sugar | ||
| 2 tbs fresh ginger,grated | ||
| Crushed ice | ||
| Strawbery's and Pineapple for garnish |
Here is a special cocktail for you the Celebrate the First day of May. In the Carribean everyday is May day when you drink this cocktail.
Directions:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice.You may add extra rum it you like.
- Pour the mix equally into two highball glasses
- Garnish with strawberries and pineapple.
