- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and roughly chopped
- 2 part rum
- 4 strawberries cubed
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 4 oz cloudy apple juice
- 1 tbs superfine sugar
- 2 tbs fresh ginger,grated
- Crushed ice
- Strawbery's and Pineapple for garnish
Here is a special cocktail for you the Celebrate the First day of May. In the Carribean everyday is May day when you drink this cocktail.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients together with crushed ice.You may add extra rum it you like.
- Pour the mix equally into two highball glasses
- Garnish with strawberries and pineapple.
