Hot and Spicy Barbecue Rub and Table Seasoning
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 tbs dried oregano
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Coleman's dry mustard
This is a multi purpose seasoning that you can use to kick up your barbecue specialties. It may also be used as a rub or table spice. You may also use this seasoning in a shrimp, crab or craw fish boil. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Can be stored in an airtight container.
- If you like really hot double the amount of cayenne pepper and mustard powder.
