- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup hot milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- dash of salt
This a super simple easy to make chocolate sauce that is great drizzled over ice cream.
- Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Process and blend until the chocolate is liquefied and the source is thick and creamy.
