Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces | ||
1/4 cup sugar | ||
1/4 cup light corn syrup | ||
1/3 cup hot milk | ||
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract | ||
dash of salt |
This a super simple easy to make chocolate sauce that is great drizzled over ice cream or pound cake.
- Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Process and blend until the chocolate is liquefied and the sauce is thick and creamy.
