|2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces|
|1/4 cup sugar|
|1/4 cup light corn syrup|
|1/3 cup hot milk|
|1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract|
|dash of salt|
This a super simple easy to make chocolate sauce that is great drizzled over ice cream or pound cake.
- Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Process and blend until the chocolate is liquefied and the sauce is thick and creamy.
