Caesar Shrimp and Pasta Salad
|1 lb of cooked tiny shrimp|
|1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved|
|6 cups corkscrew pasta|
|3 green onions, sliced|
|2 celery sticks, cut into 1/8 inch pieces|
|1 cup of store brought Caesar dressing|
|kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste|
- Chop vegetables.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta, and cool.
- In a large bowl combine the pasta, shrimp and vegetables.
