Caesar Shrimp and Pasta Salad
- 1 lb of cooked tiny shrimp
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 cups corkscrew pasta
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 avocado
- 2 celery sticks, cut into 1/8 inch pieces
- 1 cup of store brought Caesar dressing
- kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste
- Chop vegetables.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta, and cool.
- In a large bowl combine the pasta, shrimp and vegetables.
