Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup soy sauce | ||
| 3/4 cup chili sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup orange marmalade | ||
| 2 tbs honey | ||
| 1 tsp ground ginger |
This is a barbecue sauce that is frequently used in Hawaii and the south Pacific. It marries the flavors of soy sauce, orange marmalade, and ginger. It is great served with chicken or pork.
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Brush over cooked meat.
