Rum Butter Sauce


  • 1/2 cup of dark rum
  • 1/2 cup of butter, divided in half
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
This is a wonderful sauce that is perfect to drizzle over many desserts.
  • In a sauce pan using medium heat add the rum and half of the butter.
  • When the butter is melted add the brown sugar and melt completely
  • When the brown sugar has melted add the other half of the butter
