Carrot Pineapple Smoothie


  • 1 and 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 4 carrots grated
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes
Here is a delicious way to get some of you daily fruits and vegetables.


  • Put all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • While blender is running drop the ice cubes in one at a time.
