Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
|1 and 1/2 cups pineapple juice|
|1/2 cups crushed pineapple|
|4 carrots grated|
|2 tsp honey|
|4 ice cubes|
Here is a delicious way to get some of you daily fruits and vegetables.
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
- While blender is running drop the ice cubes in one at a time.
