Cocoa Coconut Banana Pops
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas | ||
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder | ||
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract | ||
1 tbs dark brown sugar | ||
2 tbs of flaked coconut | ||
flaked coconut for garnish | ||
Chocolate sauce for garnish | ||

This is a great dessert that you can prepare in 10 minutes, plus freezing time. It sings with the tropical flavors of cocoa, coconut and bananas.
Directions:
- Peel the bananas and cut int large chunks.
- Puree the banana in a blender of food processor until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar and coconut and pulse to combine.
- Pour into individual serving dishes.
- Place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until slightly frosty.
- Top with shredded with coconut and or chocolate sauce if desired.
