- 1 and 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs corn oil
- 2 cups of corn
These are pancakes full of corn that go perfectly with butter and maple syrup.
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine the eggs, milk and oil.
- Mix into dry ingredients, then stir in the corn.
- Baled on a preheated, lightly greased griddle.
- Serve with butter and honey or syrup.
