Crab Ball Appetizer
This is super simple delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb of crab meat
- 1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
- In a bowl blend the cream cheese and spices.
- Fold in crab meat and shape into a ball.
- Roll the ball in pecans.
- Serve with crackers or on crusty bread.
