|1/4 cup rice wine vinegar|
|2 tbs sugar|
|fresh parsley, chopped for garnish|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
This is a bright refreshing salad seasoned with vinegar, lemon juice, celery seed and sugar.
- Combine vinegar, lemon juice, celery seeds, sugar and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
