Horseradish and Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 1/4 lb of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbs lemon zest
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

This is a great sauce that is wonderful served over roast beef, flank steak or hamburgers.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve over your desired meat.
