|24 small new potatoes, washed|
|2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup|
|1 cup grated white cheddar cheese, or cheese of your choice|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|

- Cook and peel the potatoes.
- Place in a casserole dish.
