New Potato Casserole


  • 24 small new potatoes, washed
  • 2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese, or cheese of your choice
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This is a super simple quick recipe perfect for a quick dinner side dish.


  • Cook and peel the potatoes.
  • Place in a casserole dish.
  • Pour soup over potatoes.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese
  • Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
