Rum Pineapple and Oranges


  • 1 pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 large orange, peeled, sectioned and cut up
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 2 tbs butter
This is a super simple delicious dessert. It marries pineapples, oranges and rum. This dessert is especially delicious served over homemade vanilla ice cream.

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart casserole.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly. About 15 minutes
  • Serve over ice cream.
