Rum Pineapple and Oranges
- 1 pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large orange, peeled, sectioned and cut up
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup rum
- 2 tbs butter
This is a super simple delicious dessert. It marries pineapples, oranges and rum. This dessert is especially delicious served over homemade vanilla ice cream.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart casserole.
- Bake until hot and bubbly. About 15 minutes
- Serve over ice cream.
