Celery Coleslaw


  • 3 cups celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs vinegar
 This is a delicious on coleslaw that uses celery instead of cabbage.


  • Combine celery, carrots and apple in a bowl
  • Blend together the remaining ingredients.
  • Fold the dressing into the celery mixture.
  • Chill for 1 hour then serve.
