Creme Fraiche Buttermilk Salad Dressing


  • 3/4 cup Creme Fraiche
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • fines herbs; summer savory, dill etc. to taste
  • splash of apple cider vinegar
This is delicious herb filled dressing highlighted by the flavor of Creme Fraiche.


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Let the dressing sit for an hour to allow flavors to meld.
