- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 chipolte peppers in Adobo, minced
- 1 and 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs chopped cilantro
This sauce may be used as a marinade or to brush on to grilled meats. Chipotle peppers have a smoky, spicy kick.
- Whisk together broth, garlic, honey, soy sauce and chili peppers in adobo.
- Add onion powder, mustard, cilantro and mix well.
