Honey Fruit Pops


  • 2 and 1/4 cups water
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 3 cups of assorted fruit, cut into small pieces
  • 12 3 oz paper cups or Popsicle molds
  • 12 Popsicle sticks
This is a super simple healthy snack that you can make for your kids.
  • Whisk together the water and honey until well blended.
  • Place 1/4 cup of fruit into each mold.
  • Divide the honey water mixture between cups.
  • Freeze about 1 hour or until partially frozen.
  • Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.
