Vietnamese Chili Salt
- 1/2 cup of fresh chili powder
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 2 tbs of sugar
Vietnamese chili salt is very easy to prepare at home. It is especially good sprinkled on fruit. You may also use it as a flavor sensation on savory dishes. Store in a tightly sealed jar.
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients and combine well.
- Place the mixture in jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Will keep for 6 months.
