Lobster Dip Appetizer
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb of lobster meat, chopped | ||
| 1 tbs minced onion | ||
| 1 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 8 oz of cream cheese, softened | ||
| 4 tbs butter, softened | ||
| 1 tbs prepared horseradish |
This Lobster dip contains lobster meat blended with horseradish and onion in a creamy mixture.
- In a medium bowl, mix together lobster meat, onion, lemon juice, cream cheese, butter and horseradish.
- Mix until smooth.
- Cover and chill before serving.
