Lobster Steamed in Beer
- 2 lobster tails
- 1 can of beer
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 stick melted butter
Lobster steamed with along with lemon juice, butter and garlic is the perfect combination.
- Split the lobster tails length wise.
- Add beer to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Place a steamer basket on top.
- Add the lobster tails to the steamer and cover.
- Steam for about 5 minutes. A little longer if lobster is frozen.
- Melt butter and add minced garlic for drizzling over lobster
