Mango Cream Sauce
- 2 ripe mango's, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs lemon juice
This is super simple delicious sauce that goes well with fish our chicken or poured over ice cream.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat add the mango, cream and lemon juice
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat until thickened.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly, then add to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture in a bowl through a wire mesh strainer.
