Pasta with Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 lb pasta cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 lb sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small bunch of basil, chopped
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This pasta along with creamy goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes is a flavor explosion.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
