Pork Tenderloins with Asian Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
3 tbs canola oil
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbs fresh ginger, minced
Scallion tops for garnish
These pork tenderloins are spicy flavored with hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and peanut butter.


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Season tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  • In a large saute pan add the canola oil and using medium high heat brown the tenderloins on all sides.
  • Transfer the meat to a roasting pan and roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
  • In a sauce pan add the hoisin sauce, peanut butter, ginger and garlic.
  • Using low heat, whisk until combined.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Slice the tenderloin into medallions and pour sauce over.
