Classic Tartar Sauce
|1 cup of mayonnaise|
|1/3 cup pickle relish, drained|
|1 tbs lemon juice|
|1 tbs drained capers, chopped|
|1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped|
|1 tsp onion, grated|
|pinch of salt|
This is a classic Tartar sauce that is perfect with fried seafood.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate covered for several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
- Allow to return to room temperature before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
