Classic Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup pickle relish, drained
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs drained capers, chopped
- 1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp onion, grated
- pinch of salt
This is a classic Tartar sauce that is perfect with fried seafood.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate covered for several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
- Allow to return to room temperature before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
