Classic Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup of mayonnaise | ||
1/3 cup pickle relish, drained | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
1 tbs drained capers, chopped | ||
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped | ||
1 tsp onion, grated | ||
pinch of salt |
This is a classic Tartar sauce that is perfect with fried seafood.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate covered for several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
- Allow to return to room temperature before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
