Japanese Radish and Chili Sauce
- 8 radishes, grated
- 1 dried chili, seeded and crushed
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 6 tbs of soy sauce
- 2 tbs, super fine sugar
- 3 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbs orange juice
This is a wonderful sauce that goes well with grilled seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to mingle for 30 minutes.
- Serve in small individual bowls as a dipping sauce.
