Japanese Radish and Chili Sauce
|8 radishes, grated|
|1 dried chili, seeded and crushed|
|1 tbs sesame oil|
|1/2 onion, minced|
|6 tbs of soy sauce|
|2 tbs, super fine sugar|
|3 tbs toasted sesame seeds|
|2 tbs orange juice|
This is a wonderful sauce that goes well with grilled seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to mingle for 30 minutes.
- Serve in small individual bowls as a dipping sauce.
