Cranberry Relish

  • 4 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 large naval oranges
  • 2 un-peeled red apples cored
  • 2 cups sugar


  • Peel the oranges and reserve half of 1 peel.
  • Chop the oranges coarsely.
  • Wash cranberries drain and remove stems if using fresh or thaw if using frozen.
  • Place cranberries, apples and reserved orange peel in a food processor.
  • Add sugar and oranges and pulse several times to mix well.
  • Refrigerate for several hours.
  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
