- 4 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 large naval oranges
- 2 un-peeled red apples cored
- 2 cups sugar
- Peel the oranges and reserve half of 1 peel.
- Chop the oranges coarsely.
- Wash cranberries drain and remove stems if using fresh or thaw if using frozen.
- Place cranberries, apples and reserved orange peel in a food processor.
- Add sugar and oranges and pulse several times to mix well.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
