This is a super savory salad dressing that also goes well over poultry.
- 10 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 6 tbs sugar
- 6 tbs cider vinegar
- 1 tbs onion, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- In a small bowl combine the vinegar and sugar. Whisk until sugar is well combined.
- Add the onion.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and whisk until smooth.
- Add bacon and stir in.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving to allow flavors to marry.
