Veal Chops with Herb Mustard Butter
- 6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick
- (1/2 lb) of whipped unsalted butter
- 1 tbs of mixed herbs ( thyme, sage, rosemary, etc)
- 3 tsp of honey mustard
Herbs bring out the wonderful flavor of these veal chops.
- Broil veal chops, about 7 minutes per side until medium.
- Blend together the butter and the herb mixture.
- Just before serving chops top with a dollop of the herb butter mixture.
