Veal Chops with Herb Mustard Butter


  • 6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick
  • (1/2 lb) of whipped unsalted butter
  • 1 tbs of mixed herbs ( thyme, sage, rosemary, etc)
  • 3 tsp of honey mustard
Herbs bring out the wonderful flavor of  these veal chops.
  • Broil veal chops, about 7 minutes per side until medium.
  • Blend together the butter and the herb mixture.
  • Just before serving chops top with a dollop of the herb butter mixture.
